How to identify, harvest, and cook Pheasant Back Mushrooms

In this adventure we go out for Morel Mushrooms but return with Pheasant Backs (which grow in the EXACT same conditions and times). I discuss the methods used to identify these mushrooms, how to harvest them, and how to prepare this wonderful mushroom as well.
