Great video. I hadn't heard about sluggish thyroid before. I also didn't know hypothyroidism was so rare.. How prevalent is hashimotos? Do most people with overt hypothyroidism also have hashimotos?

I have hashimotos and have a hoarse Boise for about one year and my doctor says no problems and I have been so tired I don’t want to get out of bed or do any thing

My TSH is 0.9 which is optimal. So…. I’m not sure what to do now!! My free t3 is 2.7 and my free t4 is 1 - those are both low. I head back to my integrative doc this week- should I push for hypothyroid treatment? My hair and skin are bleh and I’m a little foggy and fatigued.
