thank you but what is the difference between this version and your video where we use BMW Codding Tool to import them to WinKFP ? we must do the 2 ? :) Last question do we have to do this with the folder BASE too ? :)

Folder BASE is not required as that is the earliest version of SP-Daten. I recommend using coding tool to update SP-Daten files for NCSExpert etc but usually WinKFP requires you to manually import files like shown in this video. I recommend doing this manual import everytime you use WinKFP.

Hello, pls can you help me? i tried to update my DME last night with WinKFP only at 24% i got the error: 2089 - ERROR_ECU_SECURITY_ACCESS_DENIED_SECURITY_ACCESS_REQUESTED, i tried flashing again but got another error, the DME i can still see in INPA only with an older software and with a zb number WinKFP not recognizing pls help its a MSD80

Hi! It seems that this could possibly be caused by the lack of performance with a cheaper K+DCAN cable. MSD80 is a bit heavier file than ordinary ecu's and this might be the case since you only reached 24%. I personally use Bimmergeeks.com Expert K+DCAN cable which has the best possible performance if you are interested in buying it from their websites. Sorry for the delayed answer.

Latasin suoraan ncs expert omilta sivuilta e60 sp datenit, sanoo että sp daten folder not valid kun yritän päivittää ne coding toolilla, osaatko auttaa

Jos kansio on unzipattu niin siellä on pakko olla jotain häikkää tiedostoissa. E60 pakettikin on varmaan lähemmäs 8gb ja tuo ohjelma tunnistaa jos siellä on jokin tiedosto vajaa. Itselle ei ole koskaan tullut vastaan tuota ongelmaa, mutta en kyllä ole noita NCS sivuilla olevia paketteja kokeillu

Hello, it is safe to use ebay k-dcan cable to update dme? and what is lowest volatege for no errors? Thanks :)

I think stable 12V is suitable enough. Ebay K+DCAN is what I personally used before and it has been successful with DME. Before doing any programming I recommend using it with INPA and running some engine functions like resetting adaptations etc. to be sure the cable functions correctly. I have used generic battery charger during programming.

@@t0mbolone No problem, make sure to check your WinKFP settings first too. Make sure you have "Write UIF in comfort mode" checked and "Fast Baudrate" unchecked

I noticed this problem and stopped using captions in my videos. My recording software downgraded quality to 720p when captions were written. Thanks for the like!
