Hi Thanks for that info. Q. If the order has multiple custom items in the same order, I presume I can keep importing until the order is complete, and only then use Fulfil order?

Hi Ramon! Thanks for watching! Yes, if there are multiple items in the same order that you are importing, you'll need to click "select product" for each item and individually add the existing item or create a new product for each item. Once you've done this for all the items in the order, you can then import and fulfill the order. I hope this helps!

Hey Brenon. Do you have any idea why my personalized item is not showing on my ‘Printify other orders’ after the purchase? Costumer purchase shirt and personalized candle. Shirt is there but not the candle. Thank you in advance!

Hi! Did you create your personalized listing on Printify and then publish it to your Etsy store? If so, the order will sync up with the product that has been published to your sales channel. Once the order has synced to your Printify store, you will be able to edit it to remove the placeholder product and add the correct one. More on this can be seen here: help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483630218641-Can-I-sell-personalized-products-using-Printify- If you're going to be selling personalized products, I'd also suggest changing your order approval settings to manual, as by default, orders synced from sales channels go to production automatically after 24 hours of being on hold. help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483625253265-How-can-I-set-up-store-details-and-order-approval-settings- For now, if the order is in your "other orders" section but doesn't have the full order there, you'll just need to import the order anyway. The order will be on hold after importing so you will need to manually submit it to send it to production, but BEFORE clicking "Fulfill order" like I do in the video, click "Edit order" and add the personalized candle. Once you double check that the order is correct, you can then click "Fulfill order" and the order should be good to go. I hope this helps! If you’re still having issues, I recommend messaging Printify’s live chat to have them help you on solving this issue. As long as you published your listing from Printify first and it is synced with your shop, the order should show up on Printify. I hope this helps!

I personally cancel it on Printful after I import the order to Printify, but I also set my Printful orders to manual fulfillment while switching providers to make sure I wasn't accidentally sending out double orders. That way, you don't have to stress about canceling the order on Printful before it goes into production. It's up to you what you would like to do though! Thanks for watching!

Hi! You aren't able to have a clickable link in your shop announcements, but you can add a clickable link in your "About section" under "Around the web." When you are on your shop page, click "Edit shop" in the bottom left corner of your banner. Scroll down to your About section and you will see a section called "Around the web." There, you can add clickable links to your websites and social media. I hope this helps!

Hello, your videos are so helpful. I made a sale and I really need help! I watched your first sale video. I have a custom mug order sale. They ordered two of the same mug, but each have a different name. Probity is showing two of the same mug when I import a design to the order. I can’t figure out how to split that into two different designs on printing to import! Help!

Hi! I'm so glad to hear they've been helpful! Congrats on your sale! Is the order showing up in your "Printify orders" or in "Other orders" that you need to import? If you have different designs on the mugs, they'll need to be added to the order as 2 separate products. If you have them as the same product, the mug will just show the latest design you added. You can create the 2 products separately in your catalog, or if you already have one made, go to "My Products," duplicate the custom mug listing you have already with the first design, and then edit the design on the copy to the 2nd design. This way you will have 2 separate products created, one with the 1st design and one with the 2nd.You'll then need to add the 2 different products to the order before fulfilling it. @@brenondopp thank you for your reply! So the order is in my “other orders” Section. Are you saying I can move it? So far I have: Made the two custom designs/variations ordered. Selected the product, Attempted to “replace product” Still shows me the order with one design, quantity 2. 😑

If your order is showing in the "Other orders" tab, you'll need to create the products beforehand so you can add them individually to the order before importing the order like how I show in this video. If it's only allowing you to add 1 product because there's only 1 "select product" button and the product quantity shows 2 by the little box on the left, you'll need to just add the first product there and import the order (Because it's a custom item and the design will always change, make sure the "Automatically import orders with this product variant" box is NOT checked, unless you plan to have your shop on manual fulfillment so you can edit each one before sending it to production). The order will be on hold after importing so you will need to manually submit it to send it to production, but BEFORE clicking "Fulfill order" like I do in the video, click "Edit order" and change the quantity of the first item you added to 1 and add the 2nd product with the 2nd design onto the order. Once you double check that the order is correct, you can then click "Fulfill order" and the order should be good to go. I hope this helps! Please let me know if it worked for you!
