Nik your ability to coach a high level WTA player like Ema and also a rec player like Anna is amazing and very cool. You’re the coach goat bro!

As a long time subscriber I've been following Anna's progress and is amazing how much she has improved, even though she had to stop for a while and come back a couple of times. Kudos to her and Nik.

Remarkable forehand improvement. Videos teaching this student how to take high balls and balls with faster pace would be of interest. Good work by coach Nik and Anna

those sessions with Anna are so inspiring! she makes me feel good about my game. not because she is a beginner and may lack proper technique, but because she is such a positive beginner with great attitude!

I say the backhand she hit today is not beginner level. That was close to a worldclass backhand.

Anna is trying hard to improve. And she is fun to watch. That is nothing to apologize for. Nik, your content is consistently relevant and always helpful. I am an experienced tennis player. Yet, as you know, one's form can always use improvement. And your ability to break down the segments of any stroke is unmatched. Great piece on refining one's forehand. The wrist relaxation advice in the very front of this video could benefit half of all recreational tennis players, including myself.

she has definately improved a lot... i would still advise her to turn her upper body more for a smoother transition to the follow through, rather than arming the ball more on the forehand

Really helpful for beginners and intermediates to learn mechanics of the shot. Shame most coaches where I am would never do this and allow a student to stagnate and take their cash.

I did see you hit a couple top spin deep balls and was thinking is he testing her? trying to see if she can figure out how to hit a much harder shot? Muscle memory strikes us all! Interesting seeing her question you about those heavy shots since they are so different from the comfortable balls that bounce at knee/chest height. Thanks.

I really like how Anna forehand looks now. I would correct one thing on the take back, her right hand is straight, it would be better if she bend it at the beginning and open the elbow on the racket drop. What do you think of that?

Good explained, Nick, Anna made big progress, from the latest vids I saw from her, but she should work on not to be that straight with the upper-body during hiting, there she still looks a bit stiff 🙂 Running patterns also become better...

Nick, do you ever come to So. Calif to do a tennis clinic? I’m a big fan of your KZbin channel and could really use your help with my strokes, especially my one handed backhand. I’m 73 and strictly play doubles. I’m a 3.5-4.0 player. Thank you.
