Not that I know of. You may consider Preprint.org. I believe they serve all fields.

Thank Dr. Ojo. A quick one. In a situation that the supervisor who supervised the student for the work is not willing to allow the student submit it pre- print website. What suggestion can you give? Or can this manuscript be submitted without all the collaborator on the work? since is not peer review yet?

This is a tough situation as I would expect a forward-thinking supervisor to be on board with this idea. But I understand some of our people can be like this. In many fields, sole-author publications from a trainee are not typical and may raise some questions. Hence, all authors/collaborators should be on the preprint. I would surely suggest you talk with your supervisor first before you preprint if they are a level-headed person (you'd likely know the result of this conversation based on their personality and your relationship up until now). Depending on my level of desperation and alternative choices, I would preprint my work even if my supervisor isn't willing, especially if I did most of the work and paid for all the materials/equipment/tests (as this is typical for most of us). It is not officially a publication yet so I don't see any problem. You may do this quietly especially if you need their recommendation letter :) . If your supervisor is hindering your progress, you have to find a way out of their shackles. Best wishes.

Yes, you can. Though I would rewrite/re-format it in form of a manuscript, instead of the thesis format.
