Hi Lamia. Thanks for sharing. I've been looking up max cover letter length allowed and I keep seeing "1 page" and "400 words". Is this true? I feel like I have so much to say. Also, did you write your name and contact details in the letter or just in your cv?

Heya, I don't know about a word limit, but I'd say don't go over 2 pages. Funny enough, I did add my contact details to the cover letter in question, but I don't do it anymore - I figured it was unnecessary as it would be together with the rest of my application. It really is up to you.

Hi Lamia, my name is Siddhesh and I needed your advice for a small doubt. I am the co-founder of a cleantech company and I wanted to know whether I could apply to a P-2 level if I had more than 4 years of experience while I was in college. Asking this doubt because sometimes organizations count work done while a student is still in college as a part-time job, but in my case, I was running my own company so if you see my hours of work and efforts are more like full-time experience. hence can you please can you guide me on what should do in such a situation.
