A big thing that helped me and that I recommend is playing harder songs, what I mean is that if u are stuck on hard mode and can’t beat a song play the same song on expert. Don’t try to beat it, just get used to the speed of the song on expert. Then when you go back to hard mode it will seem like the song is slower. This worked for me and it may or may not work for you.

I'm very new to the game, and something that has helped me is trying different ways of holding my controllers. On faster songs, I actually end up either holding only the base of them or pressing down all of the triggers to have more control over moving them. It's nice that there's no button inputs ingame while doing a song so you can really just hold it however you feel most comfortable.

One thing that helps me is creating custom color schemes. For one I find it super fun to play around with blocks and lights colors but I also find schemes that are easier on my eyes and make more sense to my brain. I put the brigher/lighter/stronger color on my dominant hand; which is one thing that's a big change for me because the default red and blue has the red on the left hand and for me that is a stronger color than blue.

Ok listen, if you feel EXTREME pain you should stop, but sometimes when trying a new fast song it’ll hurt to go so fast and for so long. Just don’t go too hard

Any chance you could make a tutorial for mildly more advanced players? Maybe about things like wrist movement and grips, as well as how to beat songs with rapidly alternating blocks?

Another good way to find songs in your skill level is to go to score saber and find what star difficulty range you are in, and then filter for maps of only that star difficulty.
