Its been 11 months and all I am getting is 12-15 kmpl max

The mileage depends on a few factors.... 1. The quality of fuel. 2. Where you ride the bike. 3. How you ride the bike. 4. What after market performance mods are made to the bike. If you analyse, you should be able to figure out why the mileage is less. I tend to get around 22-23 kmpl however, I tend to ride the bike less aggressively and I avoid routes that have lot of traffic.
