Tip for ground plaza and kovaak practice in general; if you feel you can't improve in a certain scenario, go for free play, not challenge and lower the speed of the scenario. You will go trough the same motions but it will be easier to get a feel for the exercise in question. This can help with perception of the target as well. When you feel comfortable, increase the speed a little and go again. You will see improvement if you keep at it. Furthermore, the opposite might help as well. Try as hard as you can on a higher speed for a good amount of time, then slow the exercise down again. Furthermore, I would really recommend adjusting your sensitivity not only just on feel, but also in terms of whats required by any specific game. CS and Valorant require more skill in certain disciplines of aiming as opposed to a game like quake or fortnite. Good luck playing quake or fortnite on 50+ cm/360, then again these low sense settings aren't too uncommon when playing CS. Don't get too much hung up on stuff like muscle memory. Experiment and find what gets the job done, in any specific game or role within that game (think overwatch Genji, Tracer vs Soldier or Widow). One last little thing, picking up your mouse and readjusting it to your neutral spot isn't a thing that should be considered as a bad thing, on the contrary, do it as much as possible while playing your games, often the true amount of time you spend in combat aiming is only a minor part of the total game. The best aimers are those who have to aim the least. Good luck & Have Fun!

Amazing comment man, love how you typed and engaged! I even recommend doing the same scenario and raising your sensitivity and even lowering. Once you feel you hit a brick wall. There is all aspects of aim you are going to have to tackle. Either it be on Fortnite and needing to complete larger 360 at all times or the lower sensitivity and refined movement of CS:GO and Valorant. Build a base and expand upon it, analyze your footage and see what is going wrong. If you are lifting, look into when you are doing so and if you can go a bit longer comfortable and if it might be a nervous tick. I know mine months ago was a fear of running out of space and I know I had a large amount fully available. Aiming is an ever evolving science and I love how it seems to have no end to it!

I simply cannot track any kinda of direction change normally on controller, i have a weird habit of trying to flick back instead of judt changing the direction of my crosshair, also my aim shakes a lot and it feels like its not an sensitivity issue, also i panic when i need to hit my shots, mosty when sniping on ow. 😫
@r3mii-CL

I’ve learned this from a short video called “The #1 rule of strafing”. The fastest way to kill someone is to hit more of your shots. I realize I lose to AD spam players cause I panic and do the same. So I focus more on dodging their shots instead of hitting them. And the increase chaotic strafing ruins my aim too.

I really suck when hitting strafing enemies especially if I have a semi automatic or shotgun. I've been using gamelab for the past and my scores don't even cross 50 average. I have a bad habit of strafing left and right when I see enemies which makes me miss them.

Incorporating movement with aim is the final piece of the puzzle. It takes time to control. Unfortunately best practice comes in the from hours in game or a friend who is willing to strafe in front of you.

Nah. If some dude starts to adad spam i just drop controller or mouse. It's impossible. Mirror strafe counter strafe, lower sensitivity higher sensitivity... 200 hours of Kovaaks differnt scenarios of close range fast strafes. Nothing helps. I say this is impossible. Even aim assist won't help me. Done with this game.
