I used dhea 50 mg with ivf and i conceived. I am currently 3 month's bregnant. I truly believe dhea helped me, i had 10 eggs collected with ages 41

@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert I had bad outcome with 1bst ivf, but second ivf I used dhea and I had so many eggs collected, I truly believe it was dhea plus healthy diet. I truly believe dhea can give you better chances, specially women over 40. I always love watching your videos, but I am bregnant now.xx

I am 40 and also took dhea (25mg), and I think it helped, i am 37 weeks pregnant.

Hello Dr Marc, I am 40 and 4 months and my estradiol was below 1 in February 2024, but everything else was more or less normal (my gynae thinks I may have tested on the wrong day). My AMH was 0.70. I did IVF last year but it failed. They told me to take Ovamax from AMS, and that's what I've been taking for a year or so now. Before that they gave me Proxeed women for like 3 months. Please help me. I really want to get pregnant. I don't have any children and I've been married for 15 years and 8 months now. Should I start taking DHEA? (I did take it for a bit last year after checking with the specialist, but they didn't test my DHEA). Need proper guidance. I've been following you for over a year now, Dr. Marc. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks a lot. Please advise.

@@mariamer3044I m taking omega 3 ,1000mg it’s including 300mg active EPA and DHA please let me know is that ok ? With coQ10 and folic acid

Doctor, I was prescribed myo inositol before I tested AMH ever. I had no fertility related issue from my side. But six months after using inositol related supplements my AHM results very very low. My vit D level was critically low. At 34 years of age, my AMH is 0.9 and vit D is 20. I stopped taking inositol supplement two months ago. Took vit D injection During last year my AMH increased twice (every six month I got tested) I believe inositol decreased my AMH in the first place

I am 39 and i did fibroid surgery last year September and also did ectopic surgery 2015 now my doctor say is only though ivf i can get conceive.. My periods only last one day and is coming out much.. Please i need help doctor i don't even ovulat anymore

Hi I’m 37, I had my first daughter at 19 and second at 21 no problems. I had and 2 IUD total 10 years. We recently recently had a loss in May husband and I didn’t realize we wanted another one until we lost it since then I have not gotten my cycle back just spotting here and there doctor says to wait it out that it will come back had an extensive ultrasound that is showing thickening of the endometrium. we are now in September. He just prescribe medroxyprogesterone that concerned if I should take it if he is correct waited out I have to add he is refusing to do bloodwork. This has not been easy.

Hello sir,, I am 29 years old,, my amh value 3.5 , fsh 3.17 on day 2 test, prolactin -20., thyroid level 4.2. Regular period cycle of 28 days , AFC test results - 20 mm follicles hairs, according to gynecologist, I am fine,, but could not conceive 😢 ,, each and every passing month breaks my inner peace and strength. Please help me 🙏 .। Watching u from India 🇮🇳

So fsh and e2 (d2,3 or 4) ratio is important - tested along with LH.

Im 45 and in premenopause 😢..they say ivf or egg donor.. dont have financial means to do that..only very very little chance to conceive naturally... we have been trying for 3 years now 😔 ...any advice?😟🙏 my amh was below 1...3 follicles....you think i have a chance to get pregnant???? 😟 thank you

At 45 your chance of success are low but that does not mean you should not keep trying. Until you stop ovulating you should continue to try.

My fsh is 11.47 and my period became irregular after I got IUD I'm 40 trying to concieve, but my Dr said I have overain reserve because of high fsh, irregular period and my age.I gave birth 2 years ago and I got pregnant first month of ttc. I am so stress about it any advice Dr thank you

I am 26 year old. I have unexplained infertility.My fsh-5.940,LH-7.860.The Doctor told me LH higher than Fsh.my period is normal.In some months milk will come from breast before 10 days of period.can it cause infertility?

Has your doctor checked your prolactin levels if you have that issue??
