We also do this thing where you choose two parts of of your body and you get them as close together as you can then as far away from each other as you can. (for example: left hand to right foot or shoulders to pelvis) Its really fun to play with different parts while doing this.

Do you favor a side in dance? I’m a dancer, and I usually am better at right with technique. But left with flexibility.

These tips sounded really good! I just have a hard time not being nervous and idk why but it always feels like everyone is watching me. I changed from synchro to figure skating and I also do some dance! We haven't done a lot of imrov and I've always kind of hated 😅it but now we're doing it like every practise and I don't want to spoil the mood for the others.

helpp, a week ago was my first lyrical dance class (I absolutely love it and I love the dance teacher too, she's so passionate!!) and I did my first improv of my life and it was totally a mess, so embarrassing 😂 I know that I looked like cousins dancing so the mom let them stay for sleepover

Im super late... like super late.. anyways, i have an audition tomorrow for company dancing and we have to improv jazz and contemporary but i have practically only done hiphop my whole life.... but today we had 2 hours and we got taught some other things but we had to improv at the end of class but i have never dont jazz and contemporary before but everyone else seemed more comfortable doing it so i am a nervous reck for tomorrow and i dont know if were improving one at a time or multiple people so im super nervous... so umm this helped.
