So what you want to do is always "check with a purpose". It's important to look symmetrically both left and right when that serves a purpose, for example if you play centrally. But if you're a right back for example, and there's not that much going on to your side, then that symmetry might not always be as important right then. Things change quickly though, so the more frequent you check and look at what's happening around you, the better! 😊

@@beyourbestpro understood thank you..but is the first thing you always gonna see when you scan ,space to position your self to receive?when do I see my opponents, teammates, space to turn?

@@Streetballer10 What you want to look for is space for yourself, and space for your teammates to receive your pass. Memorizing where your teammates are and your opponents are, to anticipate and plan for next moves. 😊

@@beyourbestpro but all I see is an open space for my self to receive ..I can't be aware of my teammates , opponents etc or you think I should enter the space before I could see all that?

@@Streetballer10 You don't need to worry about the spaces to move in to receive the ball, since you will move there automatically. It is more important that you think about what decision you're going to make. So analyze teammates and opponents positioning, available space, pressure...etc 😊
