@maskeenji h Breathe into the belly naturally but deep and relaxed and focus on the breath. Thoughts will come, just observe them without becoming involved with them. I think having an attitude of the more thoughts the better is useful. Every thought you observe or are aware of without becoming involved is great practice with much useful purpose. Intend to allow time to do this even if it's 5 minutes whatever amount doesn't seem like a sacrifice. The less you try to do or accomplish anything the better. Keep returning focus to the breathing and notice what you haven't noticed before about the breathing but just by observing it in a way that brings every sense to be much like the eye. Being relaxed is the key, relax as much as you can and then relax 10 times as much I think is a good guide. Nothing is ever accomplished by trying but is accomplished easily simply by doing. Relaxing is probably the easiest thing to do but is much opposed to what we have been taught that for most it requires repeated intention to fully accomplish. Just relax and relax and observe your breathing and remain relaxed when thoughts appear and leave them be to see your breathing.

@@vvenkat111 Yea I have a feeling like the ego is in the physical brain and the observer of the ego, which I think is what is meant by higher self, has also an observer of it and this hierarchy may continue with many subsets within a much larger single set. I guess the observer of the observer would be God or even Love as a part of God which I believe is what Jesus is as the Love in the Hearts of man that guides us with purpose and with no importance at all for the name of this Love as Jesus or any other would do as well. I think the misunderstanding that the words Jesus Christ must be used in a vow of obedience to a single belief is the most significant cause for the discord we see in the world today with similar misunderstandings found in many of the believers of other religions. I believe Samadhi is a perspective to find or a place to be to find perspective for our physical existence but it is not a perspective that we should try to live as. I see Samadhi as being aware that we are the same in the Spirit but harmony is what we should seek to achieve in this physical existence which has been intentionally Created for the purpose of bringing different things together to form a new thing that is different but still one thing. I believe that we are to continue to seek knowledge and understanding for as long as we live and Life is a function of the physical created by the Spirit and consciousness is itself a part of this creation which began from nothing which had no beginning which is a good thing because I imagine it would take an eternity to get consciousness to evolve from nothing. I guess I'm asking if you agree that our purpose in being here isn't to find a way to get back to just being. I got this feeling from what you had replied. I'm just putting out feelers to find others who think like I do. It seems most have grabbed on to some idea that allows them to say they are finished with any need to look further but looking out my window it doesn't appear to me that we are finished.

@maskeenji h Thank you for your question it allowed me to take the time to meditate with your question in mind. I would say that the way I experience sound changes a lot during meditation. I will sometimes hear particular sounds around me very loudly and notice this and return my focus to my breathing. I have at times found that I've heard and even felt as a vibration a very loud hum and when I have noticed this it is just as being awakened suddenly from a deep sleep. My legs will often twitch when I meditate like if you have ever had your reflexes checked with a little hammer on the knee. I've heard that's a sign of energy moving through blockages. I listen to guided meditations with headphones quite often as well but I meditate at least a couple times a day even if it's just a minute with my hand on my heart and focusing on my breath. It's very helpful at releasing stress and allowing me to be less reactive. I think having an attitude of relaxation is the most important thing even if we are working very hard or in stressful situations we can still have an attitude of being relaxed. I like a Brian Weiss guided meditation that doesn't require headphones. It's about walking down stairs to a garden which is what a lot of guided meditations are about but he does a good job for me at helping me to really relax and feel the energy. I like the YourYouniverse channel also for guided meditations and good overall advice. Everyone is different in what works best for them or as people say "resonates" with them.

Guru, a year back I practised meditation at that moment I was able to understand how thoughts develop, thoughts work, possitivity, reality, was able to connect to everyone around. At a moment world seemed to be empty without our thoughts. How the whole energy lies in us. Is the god he himself inside us! And lot of other things. But due to lack of practise for a long time. I feel I'm not able to generate the same thing now. While meditation I feel sense of pressure in between my eyebrows.
