In Pakistan we do it differently. I had a 125cc sports. I upgrade the exhaust to light weight sports one, first easy thing, removed air filter, like no air filter at all, full insane mode, increased piston bore via cnc machine to 150cc, installed 150cc piston, increased intake valves and exhaust valves, increased front sprocket, decreased rear sprocket, shed weight like more than 15kg, light spoke wheels and that's it. because of this bike produce so much acceleration that I won from Suzuki bandit 250cc in half a kilometer race just 2 days ago. its been more than 2 years without air filter. also I use thin oil!!!! very important for racing! I will use your ideas now and will remake bike! thanx

to understand sprocket is easy. those who live in cities and wanna race bike use 16-38 or 17-34. those who use for commute use 15-42 those who live in mountains use 15-42 to 48. increasing rear sprocket teeth would increase acceleration and decrease top speed and vise versa. front remain the same. 15-18 depending on bike.

You are wrong about the AFR of carburettor. Air fuel screw is only for idling, once you give throttle pilot jet takes over and at full throttle main jet comes into play. So jetting is important after changing to k&n and free flow exhaust.

There are following Do's and Don'ts Do:- 1) want more horsepower == buy new bike Donts:- 1) Do not change the ECU it reduces the life of the engine termendously. 2) Airfilter change, nothing will change except the sound of bike, if the cylinder is Xcc, then the force for sucking fuel will be Y only. Secondly it increases the heat of engine only. 3) If the sprocket is changed, the rpm needs to increase to experience the acceleration. See the reason why all these settings are not included in the OEM itself, is because, it has got a very high failure rate.

Question about altering the drive Ratio, I have understood the concept I have an FZ25 I am planning to reduce the teeth on the rear sprocket in order to achieve more top speed at the cost of Pick up My question is, Since I am altering the Final Drive Ratio of the bike..... Will it give me false reading on my speedometer? Will I need to install a Speedo Healer to get accurate readings on my instrument cluster?

Some upgrades he mentioned : - Powertronic or branded ECU if your bike is fuel injected. Branded CDI if you have a carb bike. - Upgrade your air filter to K&N or branded ones. - Changing your sprocket size for more acceleration ( recommended for stunting ). - After market exhaust - 1st copy exhaust are preferred as original exhaust are way too expensive. - Change your Engine Oil - Use fully synthetic and don't use mineral oil. Bonus tip : Use iridium spark plug for your bikes and better coolant 😊 Ride safe guys.

Why bike engine stops if the clutch is pressed on gear without throttle? I am talking about stall stopping. And In signals, we often end up stopping the bike by releasing the clutch lever if there is no kill switch. Is it ok to stop the bike in that way? Kindly make a video on this topic.

Fuel khatam ho Jaane se fuel pump kharab ho sakta.. Or agar ye kharab hua toh 2000-4000 ka kharcha hoga... . Isse acha h ki 200rs ka petrol hamesha maintain krlo.
