How to Increase in Garter Stitch

Thank you for showing how to increase on a garter stitch, I am working on a flat sock that has a 1 stitch increase in 2 places, eventually I was able to do the -- kf & b --- this is a nice way to increase, works every time, leaving no holes, its a slick stitch, can't tell where the increase is.
