I drank tons of "Healthy nursing tea". I also ate a lot of oatmeal and increased my water intake. I was able to breastfeed my daughter, only supplementing 1.5 oz at night. I was diagnosed with IGT after my first son, so it’s an uphill battle for me to breastfeed but I managed it with these things!

I've found that a heated pad or infant heal warmer helps as well during pumping.

It’s important to note there’s no clinical evidence that what you eat, drink or the quantity of it will boost your supply. That includes water. Fenugreek also negatively impacts some people’s supply.

My biggest tip that wasn't in the video (other than power pumping, which she briefly mentioned, google that, it can definitely help) is to make sure you have the right pump. I had 2 pumps before the one I have now and I thought the second one was pretty decent at first, but over time I realized I was getting less and less and less milk because it didn't have strong enough suction. So be careful which pump you get and if you can rent a Medela Symphony (they're way too expensive to buy) or get one of the mid-range ones, you'll be much better off than with a random off-brand pump or a cheap pump in general.

Fenugreek helps a lot! It helped me but the only thing is that I gained weight... but yeh I’m happy it helped
