डाॅ.कशिका मैम की जितनी तारीफ़ करें, वो कम है। तारीफ़ के लिए मेरे पास शब्द नहीं है। इतनी उपयोगी जानकारी तन मन धन से जो समझाई गयी है। ये सारी जानकारी प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए उपयोगी है। प्राकृतिक तरीके से हमें हर व्यक्ति को अपना सेरोटोनिन हैप्पी हार्मोन जरूर बढ़ाना चाहिए और हमेशा हैप्पी रहना चाहिए। जब मूड अच्छा होगा तो हसब कुछ अच्छा होगा।

Well, skipping with skipping ropes can also be helpful if one can not go outdoors for running. Becoz it'll also help in sweating and balancing the endorphins...
