Hi, I´m a waterpolo player and to be honest these are the most basic exercises in the sport if you practice that every day you should be able to throw it across the entire length of the pool, also remember that you need a bit of gym exercise but like Maggie says it depends more on the trick :)

Sorry im 14 i kind of just started out but do you know when you shoot is it right to grasp the ball with the hand? By the way we play with size 5 balls

Might be too late don’t try to grip it too much let it rest on your hand.
