In this week's Olympians' Tips video, two-times Olympic Gold medallist and captain of USA's Women's Water Polo team Maggie Steffens shows you how to improve your eggbeater - the foundation of Water Polo. The eggbeater keeps us stable and allows us everything from defense to offense to blocking to shooting. Things to focus on when you doing the eggbeater are your core and having a wide base, called the triangle. Enjoy watching some drills that help you become the water polo player you want to be!
Remember:
1) The triangle is key!
2) Keep your back flat and knees bent at 90°
3) legs as wide as possible
