"Kinda beat up" made me laugh, lol! The first time I ever did a turkey I did a dry brine and injected. My wife and I grew up in families where Turkey was NEVER served. Nobody liked it because we all thought it was dry and bland. When I tried my first one on the grill we were absolutely blown away! Your videos are always a whole class in whatever you're cooking, and this one is no exception, man. Keep killin' the game.
