Which models of s24 Ultra come with the dual nano sim trays? Instead of single nano sim trays. Can a model that uses a single sim tray also accept a dual sim tray, to mount a 2nd nano sim?

it'll definitely work on T-Mobile (just as well or better than the T-Mobile version) and should be as simple as putting your SIM card in, but worst case you may have to contact T-Mobile to verify your number if it doesn't switch immediately.
