Sir I push the SIM ejector pin in microphone , then I can understand that it is not the SIM tray, so my phone's microphone will have any issue or problems?

I have one question, I accidentally inserted the sim ejector into the microphone hole, my question is, have I damaged any protection or something inside?

Wish that they wouldn’t put the tray right next to a similarly sized hole. That’s just begging for accidents.

I read somewhere that one of those slots can be used for a micro SD card instead of a second Sim... Is this true?

No, a micro SD card is larger than a sim and won't fit.
