A healed and powerful man who can hold space for my emotions (not dramatic unnecessary hysteria).... is incredibly attractive. A safe environment is truly amazing.

The boundaries issues happened to me big time exactly as you described it Jake. What happens when the woman is slightly older than you, has more life experience and she feels entitled/very sure of herself about most of the nitpicks/advice/criticism that she gives, which is a lot of criticism? (for instance has children, which gave her more life experience than me, and overall more capable, knowledgeable in many things related to handling household/cooking/finances/etc), I was in the process of learning, and I am aware that I need to step up my game, it is just that something like that takes a while. I failed setting my boundaries, one of my biggest regrets in my (now past) relationship. Thank you for the amazing content!

Regarding boundaries, I’ve noticed that my partner lacks boundaries, not with me, but with other women and it is the primary source of my lack of respect for him. He has no boundaries with his mother, and no boundaries when he is approached by random women. I view the latter as a form of micro-cheating (when he accepts sexual attention from strangers without setting a boundary). Would you agree with that? And how do I approach this subject with him, or do I remain in observation and decide what I will tolerate?

Thank you Mr.Woodard🙏🏻 we really need to get back to our nature and take our right places as Men and Women Can you please tell me the difference between praise that women need and the appreciation men need Aren't they the same kind of action ?

I'm definitely no expert, but I have some thoughts on it that might prove fruitful. I'd also like an explanation to expound upon it if I'm right or not. The two are VERY similar in how they're expressed, and may even be the same exact words, but they come from slightly different places. My desire (as a man) for appreciation comes from feeling respected, needed, and things being recognized. I believe that women need praise to show that she's seen and valued, not forgotten about. These words are synonymous as it's a VERY slight difference but the best way I can think to describe it is a quote I once heard, "women think about WHY X thing was said/done while men think about WHAT was said/done." In a past relationship I'd often forgotten to thank my gf for doing the dishes or cleaning and it was largely due to it being a small task in my mind and often not urgent (she was naturally cleaner than I) which made her feel like she was not a priority to me and like i didn't see her effort. She rarely showed appreciation for any of the things I did. She wasn't appreciative of me for working as much as I was and was resentful that I wasn't home enough and when I was I only did a few things due to needing to sleep. So I felt like she had no respect for me and she felt like I wasn't valuing her and her contributions.

@@TheVvolfgang can i ask you one more question ? So praising a woman is like saying how delicious the food she cooked was or how beautiful she is But appreciating a man is thanking him for taking care of me, for working hard for our family But at the end it's the same thing Unless he ment appreciating is showing respect and gratitude by the action What do you think as a man ? What you desire of a woman?

@@Maryam-gq4qo I think it basically is the same thing, but it's the mindset behind it that matters and differs. (I just had this thought so bear with me here) I think the difference in how you word the praise/appreciation probably doesn't matter to the partner nearly as much as it matters to the one saying it actually. When you praise your man you can word it virtually the same as how he shows appreciation to you and your actions, but at the same time you're saying it out loud you should be thinking it from a feminine frame and be appreciating him and his masculine frame. When I praise my GF or future wife the specific wording matters little, but the frame behind it and what specifically I am praising does matter. So the words of praise are an "I see you and I thank you" to the partner, but perhaps more importantly they are to remind and re-center yourself in your optimal frame.

@@TheArcturusProject I did and came to the conclusion that I wouldn’t be happy in a relationship like his. All power to anyone who this fits for. It’s just not for me. I like soft guys who also want support from me. I love knowing I can switch between soft and surrendered to the moment, and also have MY leadership skills appreciated and respected.
