For your first time it might take an hour or two but once you get it, it shouldn’t take longer than about 30 minutes.
The wheel I purchased came with a new sprocket and tire.

what tire size and which rim width did you go with? Is it dished?

16 inch rims 16x1.85 Tire size: Superwide 16x90/100 And yes I believe they are dished
