This video takes me back to when I was Cortys age. I had and still the a 85 hilux. Had the old saggy front bum so I bought a set of $50 wrecker springs which looked about 2 inch lift. Same deal take the load spring out and fit them. Drove like that for years till I put efs 3 inch in the front and custom miss match set for the rear! Fun times in a cheap chariot

I actually fit this stuff for a living, normally on a hoist, you guys done well at home with what you have, i can see an LS swap in the Hilux in future, here's hoping, good job fella's. its normally the lower spring hanger bushes get flogged out sooner than the top ones, greased or not, so keep an eye on that. not sure if you fitted greaseable shackles but it duz come in handy for chassis protectant when it flys all over the place. Should of got rear springs to fit to the front.. "rear up front" swap... so when old mate wants 35s they will fit... how is the angle on the steering arm from the box... some are all good some are crazy angle.. superior off road and tough dog sell offset arm to fix it... I love your videos and your funny descriptions of things.. keep up the great videos I also didn't know Burson's sell kyb shocks I actually need new shocks for my 4x4 hilux also.. so I'll grab those on Monday during work hours...haha
