There is no mention in the video of where the Non-Slip Pads go?? Under the bottom cover?

The non slip pads are optional and would be placed on the seat bottom between the factory material and the Coverking cover

How do you unhook the piece under the seat? When the seat is moved forward the piece is just detached but doesn't show how. It's a completely skipped step and where I'm stuck at currently.

I'm stuck at the exact same part as the last guy who commented. I don't think the 2009 Element I have is the same as the 2003 to 2008...there are differences. There is no way to unhook the stock seat cover from the bottom. How do you go about getting refunded and sending this back?

You have to bend the spring hook end to unhook it. It's definitely awkward, maybe why they don't show it.

My 2010 has the seat belt in the seat back. Will this style cover work with seat?

Yes they will. You will have all of the same functions of your seat.
