Good job gentlemen. Take your time, study the details and execute the work per plan and spec and you will pass inspection. Install plenty of CAUTION TAPE properly and also think about a tracer wire for all of your conductor runs if not required, it's good insurance for the future. GOOD STUFF 👍 BE well and stay safe.

Good job on the power install. We can do ourselves with inspection by State. Used to be inspection by County Building Inspector, but that changed to State a few years back. Not sure why the change I just mixed 9 - 80# bags of concrete. Used a Harbor Freight mixer. Lots easier than mixing in a wheel barrow. Measured the water with gallon jugs. Made it easy to get consistent mixes once I determined exactly how much water to put in. Good luck with your inspection. Thanks for the video

@@ourdreaminthewoods My friend has a property with a shed that was probably built in the 1940s or 1950s that was originally part of a farm. We aren't sure exactly what it was used for, but someone after it wasn't being used for farming made some unsafe modifications to it. We are trying to make it strong and safe again. Also installing new shiplap siding. In some places the bottom plate is sitting on concrete (maybe just a slab??) some places the plate is sitting on a brick laid on the ground. Installing pressure treated 2 x 4s at the bottom plate to compensate for some rotting of the original plate. We are trying to have the new siding be nice and level when we are starting with something that isn't level. Over 50' the building varies by 2" up and down. Makes for interesting work. New construction is a lot easier than fixing poor construction and time!
