Much better than that OP orange brand. And you guys got the memo that corners need to be sealed with liquid caulk instead of thinset

Can you expand on this? All the tutorials I see they all using thin set. Is there any video showing that we should be using sealant instead of thin set for the corners? I believe the corners are the likeliest point where water would leak out.

Issiac tile coach has shown many times that thinset is not a sealant. It is his and my strong opinion that sealant should be used. I"m a red guard slow pace diy person. Not a pro tiler. Pro's want speed and tinset is quick. But not the best. It's cement like and not rubbery. It's your call, but why the MFG wont say sealant is boggling. Look up tile coach kerdi fix test. It fails the wet dunk test. Use a silane based adhesive., it handles wet not cured dunk in water.@@sucmanh

And where do I purchase this product? I’ve found no purchase information online. Not very effective to put out a video on a product that can’t be purchased.

I really like look of this system. Similar to the nice orange guys, but with some improvements. Crossing my fingers that it's available in Canada.

Now does it matter which way the liner is facing?
@OateyCompany3 жыл бұрын
No. We do recommend keeping the printed side up so the UPC and ANSI marks are visible.
