You skipped the upper shock gusset install. Mine is pinching the radiator hoses when the windshield washer tank is installed because you have to swap shocks left and right so the shock reservoir doesn’t hit the washer fluid tank, otherwise it don’t fit.

Any reason it wont fit the pre 22 models? This kit is a huge improvement over the other kit

There were some frame changes from BRP that required us to redesign the gusset kit. since we have to do some redesigning, we thought we would upgrade where we saw fit as well as make it a little more user friendly. both kits are great though and absolutely do their job when it comes to strengthening the frame. BUT, these 2022+ kits will NOT work on the older models currently.

I had my right lower a arm snap first 10 minutes of hatfields while i was there for a week. Poor mechanic got all of that done by the next day because i found super atv heavy duty a arms. I wanted to gusset it if i ever had to dig in there but given the situation it was what it was. Now at some point i will be doing it. Does it work on smart shox models?

yessir! it works with all models including the smart shox. We have a whole line of HD suspension including a arms, trailing arms, and radius rods that pair good with a gusset kit!

@Blake Manganelli, this kit will absolutely fit on that particular model. We have 3 units here in the shock with smart shox that have this gusset kit installed on it. no issues! Let me know if we can help out!

@Bamabrute85 personally I think the cars are great from the factory. BUT, these units are SO capable off the showroom floor, that there is definitely room for the aftermarket businesses to make improvements to strengthen the frames and the suspension to improve the longevity and capabilities or the car even more!

They will eventually, can am has a massive legal department and any changes they make they test for years and make sure they are legally protected before implementing them into the production line
