How to Install a Fully Integrated Bosch/Siemens Dishwasher - Step by Step Tutorial

In this video, we install a brand new Bosch dishwasher, with the cool rack for silverware. I show how to detach and remove an old unit, and how to mount and install a new fancy Bosch dishwasher. This process will work for all Siemens and Bosch dishwashers, since they are made by the same manufacturer. This was done on a Series 4 Bosch dishwasher, but the process is the same for other series, too.

Kleiner Trick vom Profi: beim nächsten Mal die weiße Überwurfmutter am Siphon lösen, den Adapter am Schlauch belassen und dann in aller Ruhe mit viel Platz die Spannschelle entfernen. Ist entspannter als sich unter der Arbeitsplatte abzuplagen. Solide Arbeit, gut gemacht!

Hi,did you remove the grey styrofoam on the top of the back where the hoses were clipped on? Almost better quality than the other packaging styrofoam

The door to my dishwasher springs back shut as soon as I open it unless I hold it shut, do you know what step I missed

I got a German model in the US with a big inlet hose like yours. Does That do the heating? Can I hook it to the water heater like a American dishwasher?

German plug and fittings are different from my americanized bosch tom .also i used a lot of bad words when i installed mine haha .

Hi! Did you eventually do a video on fixing the door? I can’t find it. Can you share a link to buy the door coverings you used? Also I recently installed the dishwasher (just the door covering left), and when I open it up it doesn’t stay open. Is this normal?

Hi there! I did actually film doing the door, but I didn't include it because I was using a previously used door, and the hinge for the bottom flap was in the wrong spot. The dishwasher comes with a template though, which shows where to drill holes in your door cover, so that you can mount it. Perhaps I will release the video anyway. Cheers, Tom

@@RawliglatX Well, it should shoot straight down to the floor. It is a little red spot on the right side of the door. It could be that the front panel may be blocking it...

How do you ensure that the dishwasher is level. Or how much do you turn the hind legs up? Putting a level inside the dishwasher? And what is that laser pointer supposed to do?

I used a long level to make sure the dishwasher was level. The laser is just so that you can see that the dishwasher is currently working.
