Thank you for your demonstration. Can you tell me what is the use of the screw on the top of the press ? I just don’t know why it is there !

It is a stop for the handle. you can fine tune it if you wanted to decrease the amount that the press crushes the back. Its helpful if you use longer grommets for thicker materials.
