Instructions show a part K but there's nothing included with the appliance. Its supposed to be fitted at the top front. What to do now as 'live chat' useless!!!

Did you solve the "k" part missing? I believe I have the same problem and have no idea what that "k" thing is.

Having spoken to the Hotpoint team, apparently part K is only a piece of sound deadening & not essential. It's personal preference if you wish to fit it or not.

So how do you make head or tail of template ? It has loads of markings my door is 496mm wide
