where can i get a 4" flue pipe aluminum flashing who makes it where to buy?

How do you tuck the aluminum into the top of the plumbing pipe ? it's to short ... Also need to Curl the back and the sides of the aluminum to keep the water in it .

Wouldn't it be better to get bottom base pipe flashing that's lead base so it's easier to shape and contour the flashing to the tile shape? you can't get this kind of stuff at a regular big box store, but you can get it at your dedicated roofing supply store.
