Just an FYI. I purchased one of these pistols and already owned an rmr type 2. Using the largest spacer, the rmr did not want to fit on the slide. I used a modest amount of pressure before I backed off and acknowledged something was off. I am a mechanic, and was at work,so I took the spacer over to the lapping plate and removed a small amount of material off of the face that would touch the rmr. A few back and fourths,taking my time and only removing a little material, the rmr finally snuggly fit onto the slide. I attempted moving it forward and backward to confirm there was no slop, all good.

I have SS mr920 getting ready to buy rmr. Thanks for video, question i have is what about the seal plate for waterproofing the battery, is it not needled on the mr 920?

Not in my opinion. Not unless there is a screw hole that extents past where the optic seal makes contact with the mounting surface.

Are the cover pate screws reverse threaded. Sure looks like you were tuning clockwise to remove
