The pretension process wasn't clear to me. After centering the opening to the middle position at 6 o'clock, the clamp is tightened on the right side. At what point do you tighten the other side clamp ? Is this after it is rotated one full rotation ? What's stopping the curtain from ballooning out even with pre tension and after it's cut from it's plastics and strapping ??
