How to Install a Saddle Tee Kit

Can this be installed on the top-side of a 3" horizontal waste pipe? I need to tie-in a 1" or 1 1/2" gray-water waste line from a saniflo under-counter pump from a dishwasher and sink in our new basement bar. Ideally I would want a 3" wye saddle mounted on the topside of the 3" mainline, but I can't find one anywhere on the internet. Any suggestions?
