One recent and exciting addition to our riding experience is the Sena Evo 20S Bluetooth headset that we all recently invested in. To put it lightly, few things have added as much enjoyment to the riding experience as these Sena headsets. Even though we have only used them for a short time, they have revolutionized the experience of riding dirtbikes with friends. In this video we are going to show you how to install the Sena Evo 20S on an Airoh Aviator Ace helmet. The Sena headset is universal and will fit on most any helmet by clamping to the outer shell of the helmet. We will show you how and where to install the Sena on the helmet, which microphone to choose based on the helmet you are using, and how to route the headphones inside the helmet. Even if you are not installing your Sena Evo 20S on an Airoh helmet, the process is universal and this video will help you figure out the process.

Can I mount the same (or other) headset on Airoh Aviator 2.2?

Yes you can. I have the Aviator 2.2 as well and the shell designs are pretty much the same. It’s a bit of a pain since the helmet is so angular but you can make it work. The only bummer is that you can’t remove the control unit from the mount because of the way the curve of the helmet is designed. You just have to charge it while it’s still attached to the helmet.

You can actually. It works pretty good. It’s nice with ear buds because it blocks out a lot of engine and wind noise.

No, they're balanced on our devices.

I prefer ear buds. They block out a lot of wind and engine noise and you can hear better.

Doesn't the speaker press on your ears?

It does some but it’s not that noticeable. The Airoh helmet is pretty tight but it’s still comfortable with the headphones in there. I will say that you do have to straitened out your ears once you have the helmet on and that is a little bit more work but once that’s done I really didn’t notice it.

I was expecting this to be a problem also. But even with my fairly large ears I can't even feel the speakers at all. They're pretty well buried in the padding and there's plenty of space in my helmet for everything.

I appreciate the explanation of all the little accessories, hard to find good info on how those are supposed to work. The documentation that comes with it is just about useless.
