Nice work! When I screw the post together I mark 1.8m down in the middle and screw it, So that when I put my rails in they sit on top of the screws 😊

Pull string lines on the top & bottom as a precaution. That will make plumbing your post quicker and that makes it easy to notice any un-plumb posts.

I have clay soil in Canberra. Is it possible to install it without concreting for the case if I want to move them later? Can I concrete them so that I can move later if needed?

Make the posts plumb and use the rail as a spacer as per normal. But then get longer sheets and cut top and bottom on angle

Yeah laser level, but it depends how precise you want to be. Levelling with a 1200mm spirit level can do the trick on small runs.
