Hi Josekutty, To simplify the application of the tank base sealing system we use just one of our conditioners Belzona 3921 GSC (General surface conditioner), we do have a dedicated conditioner for porous surfaces such as concrete, Belzona 3911 PSC and would recommend this for larger application areas on such materials as concrete. Hi Jeevesme, A fair observation! In this context, however, we are referring to the Belzona materials themselves not requiring hot work permits or specialist tools. In the above video, the wire wheel was an appropriate tool to get the required level of surface preparation in good time. In certain cases where not hot work is allowed, using a less practical form of surface preparation may be the only and best solution for the client. I hope this clears things up!
