Very nice informative video . I need to buy a hand held wet saw to cut granite is the Metabo up for the task or would you recommend the Makita, I know is wasn't a wet saw, in your review the cheaper Makita is the only one you mentioned cutting Granite, I thought it might be because of the higher RPM.

Where did you get the valve for the saw did it come with it when you purchased the saw??

My apologies for the late reply, I wish I was notified of comments via email. Yes, when I purchased this saw, I received all the parts necessary for wet cutting. Unfortunately, at some point last year, the valve, water plug and vinyl hose were removed from the packaging. Now, these parts need to be purchased separately. I have links to all these parts listed in the description, alternatively you can visit www.ereplacementparts.com/hitachi-cm4sb2-drycut-masonry-saw-parts-c-7927_13210_13239.html Please note that the Hitachi CM4SB2 is now branded under Metabo. It's the same saw, it just carries another brand due to a corporate restructuring last year. (Maybe that explains why the parts have been removed?)
