How do i know which bolts i need to loosen or tighten to get the perfect fitment?

Any Ideas where we can buy the shims? Didn't see any on LMR.

As mentioned, we used the factory shims that came with the car. We currently do not offer them on our site, so you will have to source a set from a private seller or donor car.
