Hey, @clevtonjr.9941! Thanks for your observation. Under most circumstances, 3 feet of length above a landing is required. Though we must remember that, not all workspaces allow this clearance. In the event you find yourself in a position where you are unable to meet this clearance due to limitations in the workspace, just remember to reference Section 1926.1053(b)(1) in the OSHA guidelines to remain compliant!
