Although I do prefer the look of a dual exhaust.. it's hard to argue with the weight savings and sound of this spoon sports exhaust. Great video!

Im 15 and when I get older I am going to UTI (Universal Technical Institute) I want to be an mechanic and maybe transfer into F1 or FD this helped me a lot just sitting here thanks for helping me understand how to remove and install an exhaust system THANK YOU :D!
@Xfullboost9 жыл бұрын
Do not waste your time and money at UTI. There are better ways to achieve your goals. And they wont cost you $28k for tution.
@zhiminzou909 жыл бұрын
If you are aiming for F1 or FD, you should be looking into an engineering school.
@Meals_N_2_Wheels9 жыл бұрын
Look for a city college that has an automotive training program, you get more credibility that way.My 2 year program runs about $8-9000 total where UTI you end up being in debt of over $25-30,000.
@bakemono8589 жыл бұрын
zhiminzou90 UTI definitely won't be enough to get into Formula One.
@divne89 жыл бұрын
For F1... if you were to go to a school I would say MIT studying mechanical engineering and graduate with a 4.0 GPA. Then you might get one. For Motorsports in general look around for local race teams and you'll just have to start from the ground up. Get to know people and even just volunteer to work, that's how you'll get in. Good luck!

I've had my AP2 S2000 for almost 2 years and loving every second of it. I self-installed the Invidia Q300 dual tip exhaust earlier this year, but DAMN would it have been helpful if I had this video to guide me through it. The 10 year old bolts on the stock exhaust did not want to come out at all. Broke one and had to drill through it. Took ages. Would love some Spoon swag!

Very detailed well classy explanation among the two. I've been a Spoon Sports fan ever since I owned my 1st Honda car back in 2004. It was a '97 civic sedan EK. 6 years later I migrated here in US specifically in South Orange County in which I'm starting to build my 2006 DC5. Too bad the Spoon Street Axle Back Mufflers have been discontinued but still a due hard Spoon Guy. Thanks DC5 owner in Aliso Viejo, CA

doesn't look too good, especially with that big hole on the left side of the bumper. twin exhausts are worth the extra weight imo...
@asdfghjklkjhgfdsa699 жыл бұрын
Really? You would rather your car sounded and performed worse just because there is a small space where the old one was?
@nihontoman9 жыл бұрын
All I'm saying is if I changed that, I'd go for a twin exhaust... it looks MUCH better, sounds as good and the efficiency loses are very minor. well it will be couple of pounds heavier but I'll take that over an ugly gaping hole in the bumper. considering the fact that it'll still be much lighter compared to stock, I'm pretty sure it is the right way to go, unless you compete and couldn't give a rats ass about looks...
@asdfghjklkjhgfdsa699 жыл бұрын
Ye I guess for some people its better. I'm a die hard function over form guy though so its really not for me. And I actually prefer the looks of a single over a twin even with the gap.
@Truepk9 жыл бұрын
David Stewart i'm pretty sure they have covers for the old exhaust port. Plus dualies look better than singles :) UNLESSSSSSSSS, this is a track car then who cares lightweight is the way to go no matter what, as long as it's safe.
