After giving name to project, it is showing file cannot be loaded because running script is disabled on yhis system.

I have installed nodejs but i'm getting angular to install it is giving like this in cmd prompt changed 266 packages in 15s 49 packages are looking for funding run `npm fund` for details

From angular 18 we don't have app.module so where we import external module?
