I had to solve that issue with an i7 13620H. I searched for the proper drivers for LAN WiFi but also used Boost Drivers 12 Free to complete the drivers installation. I udes an USB with the drivers to copy then to Desktop to run them. Thank you for your video and explanations.

Other way around. Plug a type-c cable from your phone into your pc, and select on your phone usb tethering and voila ur pc have wifi connection.

Got to the add drivers part but the program only finds that there are no .inf files, just .exe files which it obviously doesn't recognise for this operation.

I have mine on a USB stick. This reminds me of the early times of installing Windows without having network drivers. Windows offered to search Windows Update for them ! :D

Thats one way. The method i use, i have drivers downloaded that windows do not automatically installs, store them into a folder (without zip) and copy that folder in the bootable flash drive with the windows. So whenever i install windows i have all the drivers in the usb that i can install one by one

On a new installation I first found the right Ethernet driver for my motherboard, connected it up and Windows downloaded all the necessary files.

This guy does not know what he's talking about if u have wifi in your home u can hook a wifi adapter to any PC and get signal to install this u don't need to follow what this guy is saying I've installed windows 11 many times with no drivers all u need is a wifi adapter once its installed u install your network drives from the motherboard brand that u have this video is useless

@@fortnite360HZ You Sir are a Moron lol. 35 years I've been building/repairing PC's and while it's rare to need external drivers nowadays it does in fact still happen once in awhile, especially with laptops so this video is a way to provide options for those that need them. I personally in fact use this very method, matter of fact I actually did use this method a couple days ago when a client came to me with a 10 year old laptop that needed to be repaired and reinstalled. Also, you're assuming everyone has wifi adapters just laying around, not everyone does. Let's say you go to someone's house to fix their laptop but then the laptop wifi won't work because it's some weird brand that windows doesn't have drivers for? There are many reasons to make use of the info in this video, and even if you don't need the info it's good to know it's there just in case.

The Wi-Fi driver is the only thing you need here and install it using flashdrive, then use Windows updates to download other drivers. Another option is to use your phone usb tethering to get the driver you need.

Thanks Brian. With some laptops they stopped having the drivers on the manufactures site like HP so what I did is use driver backup to backup the drivers and added it with NTLite an you did. or download them using hardware ID

With some laptops, you'll need a specific iso file that you purchase off the manufacturer site due to the proprietary nature of the hardware for that machine and windows has been modified for it.

I have several PC's (on PC's having completely different motherboards) with various PIA problems, by using NTLite (I completely forgot about NTLite so I'm thanking you again for reminding me about it). I have a few old PCs with obsolete hardware so I had to download the drivers to a USB drive and install after windows was installed. I had no issues upgrading to Win 11 generally, Windows can tell what hardware is installed and will use the previous network driver if it can. Windows Update will sometimes upgrade all the drivers once it has a connection.

I am on Windows 10 and I can upgrade to Windows 11 on my laptop from my "Get ready for Windows 11" button. Do I have to install these drivers too before upgrading? Also, do I have to go through the process of avoiding a Microsoft account or will I be automatically upgraded via my local account just by clicking on the "Get ready for Windows 11" button?

Yes I had a similar question sort of. I am getting ready to upgrade a windows 10 PC to windows 11. I was planning to use the upgrade process provided in a recent video created by @Britec09. So my question now is do I need to incorporate the process provided in this video into the processes provided in the other recent video for doing the windows 11 upgrade? ATM I'm very confused. Can @Britec09 please clarify what videos of his we need to follow in order to successfully upgrade to windows 11? I am doing this on non windows 11 compliant HW BTW in case that matter's.

Also windows 11 adds default drivers to get the PC running then its up to u to update the drivers from your motherboard and GPU I don't understand the purpose of this video....u don't need to do anything first if u have windows 11 on a USB stick and have the wifi hooked up there is no steps to do before installing I think this video will just confuse people more than anything nothing has changed with how an operating system gets installed from the 80's or 90's then we used to use disk drives now we use USB sticks if we want a clean install which is the best way to install windows anyways

I have updated Win7 to 10 before but I think I'll leave Win10 to 11 to my computer guy. Installing all that with my own computer brain is going to be overwhelming to me. Kudo's to the pc techs out there tho. Thanx for your knowledge.

It's really a niche case scenario, despite the fearmongering. I've installed Win11 on all sorts of unsupported PCs and laptops (including a 15 year old DELL M6600 laptop) and never had a problem.

I'm going to have to use one of these tools going forward apparently the clean windows 11 doesn't recognize the wifi driver for my hp laptop so I am forced to use their OEM recovery image if something goes wrong because windows 11 freezes at the Internet setup part and the laptop doesn't have an onboard NIC.

Windows installation does not have proper drivers included BUT also may be incompactible USB drive (if installing from it) with Windows. That issue I experienced with Windows 10.

you search and download the drivers for your hardware and NT Lite helps you integrate those drivers inside of the windows iso, that way when you install windows , your drivers are automatically installed

You need to create a bootable usb with the iso using a program like Rufus, then boot from the usb when you want to install Windows

@@Matlockization NT Lite lets you modify the windows iso and integrate drivers into it. you have to search and download the drivers for your hardwares and use NT Lite to integrate the drivers into the iso. then from the modified iso you can install windows and your drivers will be automatically installed to gether with windows

If your installing windows 10/11 and it does not have drivers for SATA or any or the many M2 ssd then your computer is older then the planet, not designed or ever intended to ever run windows or a patchwork Chinese junk system.
