How to install auto up relay - Alphard/Vellfire 20 series

Love watching your educational videos. Which engine and model would you recommend, Alphard or Vellfire 2.4 or 3.5?

2.4 if you have no need for power. It does struggle a bit with the weight of the car. Normal issues with the 2.4 is the balance shaft which needs replacing every 80k to 100k kilometers 3.5 if you have a need for power. Common issues with the 3.5 is the gearbox and steering rack. 3.5 have more features compared to 2.4.

When remote on your pocket. Small button for lock all door when you hold it.

Ahhh... so it functions just like the button in the front door handles ehhh. Mine just gives me two beeps everytime I press it (but my remote is always inside the car). Now I know the function..... ah well... i cut the wire off already.

Sorry have been jumping through trying to check one point before I know whether to watch the whole thing - do you need a special motor or is the relay somehow all you need for this??

If you already have the power boot, then the relay is all you need.

how the lane recognition camera works? is it only inform the driver? or it also automatically control the steering wheel?

it auto corrects the steering wheel and also beeps to alert the driver.

@@TCsAnythingGoes is it applicable with anh20 S prem sound 2008? The part to enable this feature are lane recognition camera and also the cover, is there anything else other than that?

@@wimbozone i think its a lot more complicated than that. I do not have the entire schematics to be 100% sure what is needed but here are the things that my car has that normal ANH20 doesn't. I have the : - LKA buttons on the steering - additional sensor behind the front logo of the car ( attached to the car body ) - camera up top at the map lights - totally different cover for the map lights What I am not sure if your cruise control module and ecu needs to be reprogrammed or if it requires a different ecu. Also I am not sure if your clock springs are the same as mine. On top of LKA, my car has the Adaptive Cruise Control as well.

Nope, my car came with existing power boot. So all this relay does is add another method for me to trigger the power boot to open.
