The passenger seat heater switch was moved when they installed the big cooler type center console. The center console is blocking the original position switch location.

Sorry to bother you. Where did you source that new center panel from? I have a 9" Teyes CC3 2k, and tried the trim kit that came with it for 2008-2014 Alphard/Vellfire, but the head unit just falls back from it at the top. I would love the same like you have there. Thanks again!

That's great to hear. I can't really recommend as i get my accessories for this car from various platform. Mainly Shopee for Malaysian sellers and Aliexpress for China purchases.

your passenger side heater switch would actually go in the blanking plate close to where you found it - your centre console is covering up the hole and lighter socket hole - maybe that centre console (between seats) is not the original one?

I extended the wires and relocated it next to the other heater switch for the driver seats. The center console I have is an optional accessory that came from Toyota in Japan. Some Alphard have them and most don't in the Malaysian market.

Depends on how the camera is wired. As my car does not have multiple camera so I can't really advice. If the camera is individually connected to the old player, then it cannot be done. If the cameras are connected to a centralized/hub controller then maybe. Cause Android players only has one camera input.

Hi TC , I just purchase my vellfire ANH20. Same spec like you. Unfortunately my head unit can’t use to open roof monitor and no sound at all. I believe my power amp speaker under front seat passenger was problem.. Look like yours amp same like my power amp. Are you plan to sell ? 😅

my amp have been sitting in storage for almost 2 years already. Not sure if it even works anymore. why not consider changing to android player? Its cheaper and actually produce better quality sound (if you get the hi-end android player). Only thing i gave up was the auto parking and the parking assist line (the line that turns as I reverse and turn the steering). Both features that I do not find useful.

Hello. If your Vellfire is the same as mine, then your speaker loom is under the passenger seat. Not the head unit loom as it only has a digital out to the amplifier. You will need to program the steering wheels button on the headunit. Somewhere in the settings, look for steering wheel. Programming is as simple as choosing the function and holding the steering button down for a second or two. Hope this helps.

@@Cham.88dis i explained it in the video So, you have to pull 8 wires from the android to where the amplifier is. Then from there, connect it to the speaker wires that is there. Amplifier can be removed. Yes, the android head unit is only 4 channels where as we have 18 speakers (i don't know how many channels are in the amp). So you just test and see which speaker you want to connect to which channel.

TC, I purchased my Tesla Style Android device about a year ago and have it installed in my Alphard 20. The main reason for me making this purchase was to be able to have video in the front as well as the rear with my overhead monitor... The problem is there is no video out on the Android device and I am wondering is there any way possible to be able to get this to work or did I just take a loss... Your help would be greatly appreciated!

That's odd. I owned 4 different android players and all of them have video out. But mine is all 10 inch universal android players and not the tesla style player. Do you still have the link where you purchased yours so I can see what comes with the player.

I have a cheap android player and the radio is terrible, the android auto only connects with usb, I was looking at getting a proper pioneer SPH-EVO950DAB and get a normal double DIN facia, as i think everyone likes the idea of these android players, but they always have issues

I see only one power steering motor in my car. I disabled the auto park feature the moment I change to Android. Even the switch for it have been removed. I find auto park as a gimmick cause ALL the time I tried to use the auto park, I am wasting more time adjusting it. I think most of us will be able to park the car much faster than the auto park.

Hello again the one i was able to buy has a DSP amp but only 4 outlets for speakers. FR, FL, RR and RL wondering how you wired your two large door speakers in and the centre on dash speaker please? hope you can help as think your car is same as mine. regards steve in uk london

center dash speaker goes to the FR line. door speakers..... front door or rear doors? You can follow the color code at the original amp. it has 4 sets of color only which makes me believe its a 4 channel amp as well.

The only subwoofers were the one under the driver seat. I basically just twist all the wires together according to each channel and polarity then connect it to the red/black wire i pulled from the player.

Hi. I am about to buy a Vellfire GGH25 and it comes with Japanese language. Some people told me that it uses the same Screen etc. like the ANH20. Do you know about it? I really want to replace it so that I can actually understand the menu and settings and use waze, spotify, radio etc. I do not need the navigation system which comes with the car. Just the standard functions of this car. I will be in Malaysia again around June/July and I hope to find a solution at there which I could bring back home to get it done.

@@aijesa8185 my original screen was kinda junky and it was all in Japanese hence i did not explore much but I do know i lost the below functions - auto parking assist - reverse line (the one that turns with your steering when you reverse) Both are functions that I can live without.

@@renecanlas8617 There isn't. What I did was i extended a 12v to the back of the glovebox and connect it to a 12v socket that I purchased aftermarket. Then after that I just connect those 12v socket to usb and be done with it.

But since I am having the cooler box console, so the switch was thrown and forgotten inside the dashboard. I extended the wire and placed the switch next to the driver side heated seat switch now.

I connected my Android player to a new 17 inch roof monitor. Ran new cables to the roof monitor. Cause my original roof monitor..... the lcd is gone (probably due to over exposure to heat.) But technically should be do-able if you can identify which cable is the video input for the roof monitor. Just need to splice it and add on an RCA connector.
