How to install Bath & Body Works Scentportable

Hello, my lovelies,
It is day 5 of vlogmas 2020 and I am here with another video showing you how you can install Scentportable.
Scentportables are car air fresheners from Bath & Body Works, in all our beloved fragrances like Japanese cherry blossom, endless weekend, black cherry merlot, and many more. They are fairly easy to install, just take care while removing the foil off the refill. Just be careful that you do not damage the film which contains the fragrance in the process.

I searched youtube on how to install B&BW car fragrance bc I thought I was doing it wrong bc there's no scent emanating from the scent pod. I thought maybe I wasn't peeling away a micro film or something but nope, I'm doing it correctly and hate myself for wasting so much money on these POS scent pods.

Yeah they kind of exhaust in 2 weeks max, you got to keep changing them. But how i did it was I got many pods when there was a sale going on, so I kinda got a deal. If you still like B&BW fragrances, keep a look on the site for sales and stock up then 😁

I like the ones where you can either use it on the vent or visor. The one with a paw and heart works on both. I prefer the vent though as the scent seems stronger for some of the softer scents.

Just an opinion here. The scents are sporadic and weak. Here in the US it's sold as a bundle of 3 for nine dollars. I recommend buying 3 of the same scents. I have one on each visor and ac vent. Then when parked leave the visor down. The scents seem to be oil based so when the sun hits it, there's a boost of evaporation so when you come back to car it is better smelling

Same. I JUST picked up my scent pods after ordering for the first time. I bought numerous pods and opened Watermelon Lemonade to try in my car for the first time. Put AC on blast to try to smell it. I can only smell it when it’s close to my face. I’ll most likely just get a refund for the rest bc it’s not worth it. I can get better quality at Dollar Tree or Walmart.

They are definitely worth it! I would say you may have put it backwards. Especially since you say you have a difficult time smelling it and have to hold it close to your face. They do have a strong scent, you can clip them elsewhere in the car. The scent lasts longer than most candles at other stores. I won’t use anything else. I also clip them to, or close to my home air conditioner. Just make sure it’s blowing away to distribute the scent around the room.❤🌸🌺🌼💐

Wow I feel like an idiot. I thought it was like those mini Febreze ovals for small spaces where it punctures it....nope. I like the idea of puncturing the ones I have and putting in the air filter or even into my diffuser. I'm glad I only bought the cheap air freshener though. 😑 I'm glad I wasn't alone!!

I appreciate the video allowing me to figure out whether I was actually setting this up properly. My 2 cents on it: Not worth purchasing. I'd say maybe 10% of the time right when I get into my car I smell a very faint hint of it, and the rest of the time nothing at all. Hence why I thought I wasn't doing something right. Real bummer.

I had to punch a little hole at the top of mine and put mine on my AC vent because that way u did it you really don’t smell anything but the way I did it worked for me If that helps anyone 😊

It wont break i think, it is designed keeping in mind most visors, so you can try to you know gently place it in there. If not, there’s also an option to buy the holder which attaches to the ac vent. So you can go for that one too

These are a complete waist of money in my experience. Your better off going to family dollar or Target 🎯 or Walmart and getting cheaper scents that you can actually smell. I have two that I opened two years ago and the oil is still in them . I opened them correctly and the oil doesn’t dispense . To date I have 6 total that are open with no scent coming out of either. Save your money and headache.

No. It wont dry out! In 3 weeks, the smell will fade in the car and that’s how we know its time to change. The liquid remains same, and the fragrance will be there, when put to nose, but otherwise not.
