How to install Brake hardware shims on to caliper bracket

When I did a brake job for the first time ever last year I wish i had watched this! It took me a whole day because of the mistakes and having to take things apart three times. Now I could do it in an hour but man these tricks are great! Thanks

Thanks for the video. my new brake pads come with rubber shims already. Do I need to put the metal shims also?
